Resumo Alternativo: This work aims to propose a communication campaign for the ONG ECOPAZ The project started with the briefing stage and initial communication diagnosis, the in order to understand the organization, its goals and needs. Subsequently, the campaign planning stage and holding a day of action, an event which sought to integration of the group with the principles, values and mission of the NGO, as well as the instruction of the entire group on the use of digital media, an objective that resulted in a networking workshop social. Finally, the project proceeded to the planning stage. ECOPAZ has not yet
had a consistent communication and presented several noises in its current image. In this way, a new brand identity was proposed, an endomarketing campaign, institutional and social networks, since these were the problems that the organization faced. With the practical stage of the work, the group offered a complete campaign, ready for placement, as well as a consistent material to help maintain the
image of the institution, in addition to the work with publicity in digital and offline media.

Resumo Alternativo: Healthy eating and well-being are essential for the proper development of a society. With that in mind, the present study has the general objective of bringing visibility to the for the Ecological Fair. Through a qualitative research with customers of the Fair, it was mapping the need for a communication plan for brand positioning and reinforcement. For this, the following specific objectives were defined: (i) strengthen the brand, (ii) reinforce that the food sold at the fair is ecological and (iii) increase the visibility of the family farming. To achieve these goals the following actions were carried out: a day of
action at the Fair with farmers to engage with the target audience, reformulation of the brand and creation of a new visual identity, development of strategies for and creation of an institutional campaign. The results obtained were confirmed by the objectives of strengthening the brand by increasing the visibility of natural products and family farming.

Resumo Alternativo: The general objective of this experimental project is to provide assistance to the ONG SOS do Bem through cohesive communication strategies, attracting new volunteers and encouraging a increased flow of food donations. To achieve this objective, the work was divided into six stages, arranged as follows: familiarization of the group with the organization; delimitation of the target audience; development of a Day of Action; planning of advertising campaigns; creation and production of materials and, finally, the project report experimental. Two campaigns were developed, one of them institutional and the other focused on food collection, as well as the creation of a new visual identity for the ONG. Both strategies employed were created from methods of creation consolidated and validated with the help of research with the target audience. In this way, the outlined objectives were aligned and produced with the intention of being effective at the moment of your application. Finally, the positive impact and enriching character of the activities developed by the group with the ONG, demonstrating the power of the activity voluntary in the lives of all those involved in this process.
